Clemens Schmied has been with the firm for more than twenty years — in a way, its institutional memory. He started in 2004 as a trainee attorney with Bernhard Tonninger; his entire legal career has been built at Tonninger Schermaier & Partner. He became a partner in 2012.
His focus today lies where the law touches the centre of clients' personal lives: family and succession law, adult-protection law as well as classic civil litigation and tort. Combined with general criminal defence — areas in which discretion, patience and precision matter.
